Pasta Sauce
Ingredients: Tomatoes, white vinegar and various spices.

Pizza Sauce
Ingredients: Tomatoes, sugar, and pizza sauce spices.
Pint Jar
One pint of pizza sauce will generously cover two 12-Inch pizzas. Add shredded cheese and your favorite pizza toppings. Bake at 425F for 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients: Tomatoes, sugar, vinegar, and various spices.

Ingredients: Tomatoes, sugar, vinegar, Louisiana hot sauce, and various spices.

Chili Base
Ingredients: Tomatoes, sugar, and various chili spices.
Pint Jar
Brown and drain fat from ½ to 1lb of ground beef. Add 1 Pint of prepared Chili Base. Add 1 (16oz) can of pinto or kidney beans with liquid. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve chili.
Dijon Style Mustard
Ingredients: Yellow Mustard Seed, Ground Yellow Mustard, White Wine, White Wine Vinegar.

Bourbon Brown Sugar Mustard
Ingredients: Yellow Mustard Seed, Ground Yellow Mustard, bourbon, brown sugar, cider vinegar, salt, and white wine vinegar.

Pair this tangy-sweet mustard with smoked meats, salami or well-marinated grilled meats. And, of course, bratwurst.

On the beer mustard (above) I wanted to say that I use different beer each time I make a batch. I have labeled the jar as such with the type of beer I use and if it is light or dark beer.
